- To prepare Engineering Design Briefs and prepare budgetary estimation for various services.
- To help team for desirable MEP space planning, shafts etc.
- To undertake design of MEP Services with the help of Jr. Engineer &
- Draughtsman
- To interview & select subordinates & mentor them.
- To oversee Design development from Concept- Schematic-Tender- Positive for Construction-
- Review &
- Approve shop Drawings and As -built submitted by contractors
- Review &
- Approve the Technical data sheet as submitted by contractors
- To approve and check the testing and commissioning reports as submitted by various MEP contractors and validate the same as per design parameters.
- To oversee co-ordination of MEP Design &
- Revit Modelling
- To oversee BOQ &
- Budgets, Tech specs etc.
- Liaison with various Consultants, Clients &
- Contractors
- Be Responsible for Quality control and deadline of MEP Design




- To guide and lead the MEP team as per project requirement
- To undertake the periodic site visit for various projects and handle client meeting and maintain the commitments given to client.
- To coordinate with Architecture, Interior, structural and client team for coordinated MEP services requirement for various project.
- To be Single point of contracts for various clients for project troubleshooting to achieve the project design to expected level.

Required Candidate profile

Lead MEP design, planning & coordination with Arch Dept. manage team, budgets &

- BOQs; review drawings, ensure quality, timelines, client coordination, and seamless execution across projects.
