Key Responsibilities

- Handle buyer orders from development stage through final shipment.
- Communicate with buyers regarding styles, specifications, prices, approvals, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate sampling, fabric, trims, accessories, and other requirements.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, Time & Action (T&A;) calendars, and production follow-up reports.
- Follow up with fabric and trims suppliers to ensure timely availability.
- Coordinate with production, cutting, finishing, and packing departments.
- Monitor production progress and ensure delivery schedules are achieved.
- Check and follow up on sample approvals, lab dips, strike-offs, fit samples, PP samples, and size sets.
- Coordinate with the quality team to ensure products meet buyer specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare costing and support price negotiations when required.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, approvals, specifications, and shipment details.
- Identify production or delivery issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.




- Coordinate with the commercial and logistics teams for shipment documentation and dispatch.
- Ensure all buyer requirements and compliance standards are followed.
- Provide regular order status updates to management and buyers.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of garment manufacturing and export merchandising.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, garments, construction, and production processes.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple styles/orders simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good written and verbal English communication.

Qualification
- Graduate in Fashion/Apparel, Textile, Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in garment merchandising will be an advantage.
