MEP ENGINEER/ COMPOUND IN-CHARGE
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and be experienced in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MEP systems.
The key requirements are as follows:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance and MEP facilities management, including at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Supervise the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all mechanical and MEP systems to ensure reliable and productive performance.
- Lead and coordinate a team of technicians in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Must have good knowledge in handling following systems already installed in villa.
- HVAC System, VRV units, Concealed units, Spil Acs.
- Booster pumps with VFD control panels.
- RO System.
- Smart home system/Lighting control system.
- MDB, SMDB, Breakers, Contactors.
- Gate motors
- Swimming pools and filtration system.
- CCTV
- Elevators.
