Role Description

- The MEP Design Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam, responsible for coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design across residential projects.
- This role involves reviewing and integrating MEP drawings with architectural and structural designs,



ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- The coordinator will manage design submittals, track approvals, and collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve design clashes and execution issues.
- Day-to-day tasks include preparing and updating design documentation, supporting project planning and scheduling, attending site coordination meetings, and providing technical guidance to site teams.
- The position also requires monitoring design changes, maintaining clear communication among stakeholders, and contributing to quality, safety, and cost-effective design solutions.

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related engineering field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in MEP coordination or construction projects.
- Experience in residential / villa / turnkey projects will be an advantage.
- Positive knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and other building services.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
