Role Description The Membership Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for driving new membership sales and supporting existing members. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective clients, explaining membership benefits and pricing, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales in line with company targets.

The specialist will handle incoming inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure members have a clear understanding of available services and support. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems, collaborating with the operations and marketing teams,



and participating in training sessions to stay updated on membership features and sales techniques.

Qualifications

- Strong Membership Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to explain offerings clearly and convert prospects into members.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive member experience.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Experience in Training or willingness to train and guide new members on using services and understanding perks.
- Previous experience in membership sales, retail sales, or service-oriented roles is preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Lucknow with direct interaction with customers and team members.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, email, and office software for tracking leads and managing member information.
- Ability to work towards targets, manage time effectively, and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
