Job Responsibilities

- Own product features end-to-end—from understanding requirements to implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver high-quality features on time with a strong focus on reliability, maintainability, and performance.
- Build scalable solutions across the full technology stack, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Design and develop systems that are scalable, reliable, and resilient.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, raise and review pull requests, and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and ensure quality before handing over features.
- Take ownership of production issues and continuously improve system reliability.
- Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) within defined timelines.




- Leverage AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) where appropriate to build intelligent product experiences.
- Continuously learn emerging technologies and apply them to improve the product and engineering practices.

Skills Required

- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Product Development, Full Stack Development, or Software Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
- Hands-on experience building full-stack applications from frontend to backend.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and database management concepts.
- Experience designing scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar) with the ability to review, validate, and refine AI-generated code.
- Ability to write clean, modular, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Understanding of software development best practices, version control, testing methodologies, and collaborative development workflows.

Nice to Have

- Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into product features.
- Familiarity with System Design concepts.
- Experience with OpenSearch and ClickHouse
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with testing frameworks.
- Contributions to Open Source projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
