We’re Hiring: Meditation Teacher | Full-Time

Tara Mindspace is building a modern digital platform for meditation, mindfulness and mental wellness — helping people Regain Poise through structured, practical and accessible meditation programs.

We are looking for one FULL TIME Meditation Teacher with FORMAL TRAINING, strong facilitation skills and a warm, contemporary teaching style. while postion is based out of JAIPUR , we are OPEN to a FULLY REMOTE teacher as well .

What you’ll do

- Lead live online guided meditation and mindfulness sessions
- Facilitate structured programs across stress, sleep, pregnancy wellness, parenting, emotional well-being and workplace mindfulness
- Teach practices such as breath awareness, body scan, mindfulness, loving-kindness, visualization, grounding and relaxation
- Conduct small-group cohorts, introductory workshops, webinars and corporate sessions
- Contribute to meditation scripts, course design and recorded digital content
- Help develop recent meditation programs as Tara Mindspace expands

What we’re looking for

- Formal certification in meditation or mindfulness is mandatory
- Prior experience teaching meditation or mindfulness
- Excellent spoken English; Hindi is an advantage
- Warm,



confident and engaging facilitation style
- Comfortable teaching online through Zoom, Google Meet and similar platforms
- Ability to make meditation simple, practical, inclusive and non-dogmatic
- Professional, dependable and comfortable working in a growing startup environment

Strong advantage

Experience teaching, creating content or guiding meditations for established meditation and wellness platforms such as Insight Timer, Headspace, Calm, Mindhouse or similar platforms will be highly valued.

Training in MBSR, MBCT, Vipassana, mindfulness-based practices, Yoga Nidra, Buddhist meditation or other established contemplative approaches is also welcome.

This is not primarily a yoga or pranayama instructor role. The core focus is meditation and mindfulness.
