Role Description This is a full time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Naugarh.

The Medical Sales

Representative will promote and sell PNBio Lab’s pharmaceutical and diagnostic products to healthcare professionals, clinics, and pharmacies within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with medical practitioners, conducting product presentations and detailing visits, and ensuring effective coverage and follow-up with key accounts. The role involves gathering market and competitor insights,



supporting product launches and promotional campaigns, and meeting assigned sales targets while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

The Medical Sales

Representative will also provide customer support, coordinate with internal teams on orders and supplies, and maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in Medical Sales, including territory management and relationship building with healthcare professionals.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively present products, address queries, and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets, analyze market trends, and contribute to promotional strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related healthcare or science field preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or diagnostic sales is an advantage; fresh graduates with strong motivation and learning agility may also be considered.
- Comfort working in the field, with readiness to travel within Naugarh and nearby areas as required.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
