Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Medical Sales Executive to promote and sell medical products, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieve assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical/healthcare sales and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell medical products, equipment, or healthcare solutions to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field visits and product presentations.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Explain product features, advantages, pricing, and usage to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, sales, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, deliveries,



payments, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
- Ensure professional representation of the company and its products in the market.

Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical equipment sales.
- Preferred age: 28–35 years.
- Candidates should have good knowledge of the local healthcare market.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and business development.
- Relevant educational qualification in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical/Healthcare, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation Salary: ₹25000 per month + Incentives
