Medical Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Medical Representative to join our team at Embedic Healthcare. The candidate will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving assigned sales targets while maintaining high standards of professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to territory growth.
- Conduct regular field visits to healthcare professionals and ensure effective product communication.
- Provide accurate information about product features, perks, indications, and usage.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely follow-up with healthcare professionals and customers.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with distributors, stockists,



and internal teams to ensure product availability.
- Participate in product training, medical meetings, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Follow company policies, ethical marketing practices, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.

Requirements
- Graduate in B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, BBA, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales orientation and willingness to work in the field.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good knowledge of the local market and healthcare environment is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
