About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Medical Representative to join our pharmaceutical company in Faridabad. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving product awareness and sales within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and detail the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.

- Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies within the assigned territory.

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and channel partners.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to territory growth.

- Explain product features, benefits, indications, and usage information accurately, in accordance with approved promotional material.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance.

- Ensure effective distribution and availability of products through stockists and retailers.

- Collect and share market feedback, customer insights, and competitor information with the reporting manager.

- Maintain daily call reports, visit records, and sales-related documentation.

- Participate in product training, sales meetings, and promotional activities.





- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical promotion standards, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any discipline; B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, or a related science/life sciences qualification will be preferred.

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative, Pharma Sales Executive, or in pharmaceutical field sales.

- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in field sales may also be considered.

- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Solid convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Familiarity with the local market and healthcare network in Faridabad will be an advantage.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
