Job Title: Consultant Medical Oncologist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Consultant Medical Oncologist to join our healthcare team in Ankleshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, evaluating, and treating patients with various types of cancers using evidence-based systemic therapies, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal therapy.

The role involves providing comprehensive oncology care, developing individualized treatment plans, managing treatment-related complications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and evaluate patients with malignant and hematological cancers.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and current oncology guidelines.
- Administer and monitor systemic cancer therapies including:

- Chemotherapy

- Immunotherapy

- Targeted Therapy

- Hormonal Therapy




- Monitor treatment response and modify plans when required.
- Manage cancer-related symptoms and treatment side effects.
- Coordinate patient care with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and other specialists.
- Provide counseling and education to patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis.
- Participate in tumor boards, multidisciplinary meetings, and clinical discussions.
- Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, clinical protocols, and patient safety guidelines.
- Support palliative and supportive care initiatives to enhance patients' quality of life.

Desired Candidate Profile

- DM Medical Oncology (Mandatory)
- Strong clinical knowledge in medical oncology and cancer management.
- Excellent patient management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of post-DM experience may apply.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice and patient-centered care.
