Role Summary The Lab Assistant at Ramagya School - N. Extension serves as the operational backbone of the science laboratory, ensuring safe, organized, and efficient functioning of all laboratory activities across grades and science disciplines. This role directly supports classroom instruction by preparing apparatus, managing chemical inventory, maintaining equipment in functional condition, and enforcing safety protocols that protect students and staff.

Key outcomes include: (1) Zero safety incidents through consistent adherence to and enforcement of laboratory safety procedures; (2) 100% availability of required apparatus and chemicals for scheduled experiments with accurate stock records; (3) Classroom-ready laboratory setup with all equipment sanitized, calibrated, and organized before each session; (4) Complete and audit-ready inventory documentation maintained in MS Excel with monthly reconciliation; (5) Effective support to teaching staff through timely requisition fulfillment and proactive identification of supply gaps.





Core responsibilities include preparing and arranging laboratory apparatus before each class, maintaining organized specimen storage with proper labeling and preservation, managing chemical inventory with accurate stock registers and consumption tracking, conducting routine equipment maintenance and safety checks, sanitizing work surfaces and equipment post-use, assisting in protected disposal of chemical waste, documenting laboratory records and requisitions, and supporting teachers during demonstrations while ensuring student compliance with safety protocols.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
