Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Doctor role based in Hyderabad.

The Medical

Doctor will provide comprehensive clinical care, including conducting patient consultations, performing physical examinations, diagnosing conditions, and developing preventive and treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and monitoring ongoing treatment effectiveness. The role involves counseling patients on preventive health, lifestyle modifications, and chronic disease management, while coordinating care with nursing, allied health, and digital health teams.

Doctor will also document clinical encounters accurately, use electronic health records, participate in case discussions, and support quality improvement and clinical protocols within Bridge Health’s integrated care model.

Qualifications

- Valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution and current medical license/registration as per applicable regulations.
- Clinical expertise in primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or a related field, with strong skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive care.
- Experience in patient counseling, health education, and chronic disease management, with a focus on lifestyle and preventive interventions.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and comfort working with digital health tools, teleconsultation platforms, and data-driven care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and build trust with diverse patient populations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail in clinical documentation, and adherence to ethical standards and evidence-based medical practice.
- Prior experience in preventive healthcare, community health, or integrated care models is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and participate in occasional extended hours or weekend duties as required for patient care.
