Designation: Mechanical Site Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure material reconciliation, manage labor activities, and achieve defined work targets. The role requires strong technical skills, team management abilities, and a commitment to maintaining site discipline and productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

· Material Reconciliation o Maintain accurate records of materials received, used, and dispatched.

o Track inventory and ensure timely reporting.

· Labor Management o Update daily labor attendance and work allocation.

o Resolve conflicts among site workers and maintain discipline.

· Work Planning & Execution o Prepare daily/weekly work target plans and ensure achievement.

o Take accurate site measurements and verify work progress.

· Site Operations o Supervise welding, fitting, and drawing interpretation.

o Ensure site clearance from client representatives.

o Work extra hours or Sundays when required to meet deadlines.

Reporting Structure

· Reporting To : Project Engineer / Project Manager





· Position Reporting Into This Role : Site Labor Team

Educational Qualification

· D. Mech / B.E. Mech / Diploma in Fire Safety Management

Work Experience

· 3–4 years of relevant site engineering experience

· Experienced candidates are also preferred
