About AniGearsAniGears Engineering Solutions is an engineering company specialising in industrial power transmission and rolling mill equipment. Our product range includes gear couplings, pin & bush couplings, resilient couplings, cardan shafts, sprockets, pulleys, gearboxes, gear motors and other customised mechanical components.

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who is technically strong, hands-on, comfortable with field work, and willing to travel extensively to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities1. Mechanical Design & Drawings

- Prepare and modify 2D Mechanical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SolidWorks / 3D modelling.
- Prepare 3D models and engineering drawings as required.
- Convert hand sketches and site measurements into proper engineering drawings.
- Understand mechanical components, dimensions, tolerances and fits.

2. Reverse Engineering

- Visit customer sites and inspect existing mechanical components.
- Take accurate measurements using:
- Vernier Caliper
- Outside/Inside Caliper
- Micrometer
- Vernier Height Gauge
- Measuring Tape and other measuring instruments
- Understand component geometry and prepare hand sketches.
- Reverse engineer components and develop drawings/models for manufacturing.
- Coordinate with vendors/manufacturers for technical execution.

3. Customer & Site Visits

- Regularly visit steel plants, rolling mills, engineering industries and other industrial customers.
- Meet maintenance/technical users, mechanical departments and purchase teams.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Technically explain AniGears' products and applications.




- Develop recent customer relationships and generate enquiries.
- Handle technical discussions as well as basic commercial discussions.
- Candidate must be comfortable travelling at very short notice.
- Approximately 20 days of travel per month may be required.

Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
- AutoCAD – 2D drafting.
- Basic knowledge of SolidWorks / 3D modelling.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Strong understanding of dimensions, measurements, fits and tolerances.
- Practical knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites.
- Basic commercial understanding and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and execution ability.

- Willing to learn industrial products and applications.

- Able to take ownership of an enquiry from site visit → measurement → drawing → quotation → follow-up → order.

QualificationITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Freshers with strong practical knowledge and willingness to travel are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in industrial sales, mechanical design, manufacturing, power transmission, rolling mills or engineering products will be preferred.

Compensation₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience and capability.

Travel expenses and applicable allowances will be provided as per company policy.
