Mechanical Design Engineer

- Develop detailed mechanical designs, layouts, and engineering drawings based on project requirements.

- Prepare 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, or other relevant design software.

- Perform design calculations, material selection, and component sizing as required.

- Review engineering specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.

- Coordinate with fabrication, production, procurement, and other engineering teams.

- Modify and update designs based on project changes and client requirements.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering standards and project specifications.

- Prepare BOMs, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and other engineering documents.

- Conduct design reviews and identify potential design issues before fabrication.

- Maintain proper documentation and revision control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements





- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Experience in mechanical design, preferably in EPC, manufacturing, industrial, or engineering projects.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and any one 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor.

- Valuable knowledge of mechanical components, materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering drawings.

- Ability to interpret technical specifications and project requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good coordination and communication skills.
