About the RoleWe are looking for passionate and experienced Mathematics and English Tutors to join our EdTech team. The selected candidates will be responsible for conducting engaging online classes, strengthening students' academic foundations, and preparing them for school and entrance examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive online classes in Mathematics or English.
- Explain concepts clearly using student-friendly teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, practice questions, and mock tests.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide personalised guidance.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and regular assessments.
- Track student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop students' problem-solving, analytical, communication, reading, and writing skills.
- Support students preparing for school and competitive entrance examinations.
- Coordinate with the academic and content teams to improve learning outcomes.
- Maintain a positive, engaging,



and disciplined online classroom environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, English, Education, or a relevant field.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- 1–5 years of teaching/tutoring experience preferred.
- Experience with online teaching is an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms, digital whiteboards, and other EdTech tools.
- Strong student-management and presentation skills.
