B.Com & CA (Semi) / MBA (Fin)

4- 6 years of experience in Accounts Payable Operations.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.

Experience in ERP systems such as Navision, Microsoft Dynamics 365

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power point presentations.

Vendor Master Creation & Modification

Oversee processing of vendor master creation and modification requests received through designated workflow approvals.

Ensure review of required information and supporting documentation.

Ensure timely processing of approved vendor master requests in the ERP/system.

Track requests through to completion.

Approval Workflow Management

Oversee routing and monitoring of vendor master requests through Kissflow or other designated workflow tools.

Monitor pending approvals and follow up with relevant stakeholders.

Ensure timely processing of approved requests in the ERP/system.
