Job Title: E-commerce Marketplace Executive Company: WebSpider Solutions Location: Noida Experience: 1–3 years Type: Full-time, in-office About the role You'll run day-to-day marketplace operations for our D2C and retail clients across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, JioMart and Nykaa The job is part listing management, part ads, part reporting — you own the account health and the numbers Key responsibilities Create and upload new listings — titles, bullet points, A+ content, backend keywords, images, category and attribute mapping Fix listing issues: suppressed listings, image rejections, category errors, brand registry and catalogue mismatches Do keyword research and optimise listings for marketplace search so products rank and convert Manage inventory, pricing, buy box, offers and participation in platform sales (Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Days, etc.) Run and optimise marketplace ads — Amazon Sponsored Products, Brands and Display, Flipkart PLA — track ACOS, ROAS and spend against target Handle seller central / seller hub operations: order flow, returns, claims, reimbursements,



account health metrics Coordinate with client teams on stock, dispatch, and new product launches Track competitors on pricing, content and ad placement Build weekly and monthly reports on sales, traffic, conversion, ad spend and growth What we're looking for 1–3 years of hands-on work on Amazon Seller Central (mandatory) and at least one more marketplace Working knowledge of marketplace ads and how ACOS/ROAS actually move Solid Excel — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, bulk upload sheets Good written English for listing copy Attention to detail — one wrong SKU or price can cost real money Comfortable handling 3–5 client accounts at once Good to have Amazon Ads certification Experience in fashion, beauty or automotive categories Basic Photoshop/Canva for quick creative fixes Exposure to Helium 10, Jungle Scout or similar tools What you get Exposure to multiple brands and categories instead of just one Direct ownership of accounts from day one Learning across SEO, paid ads and the wider digital stack Apply: [email protected]
