Role Description The Marketing Specialist role at TickoraDesk is a full-time, remote position focused on driving awareness, adoption, and engagement for the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating digital and content initiatives, and collaborating with sales and customer success teams to align messaging and positioning.

Specialist will analyze market and customer data, identify growth opportunities, and create targeted strategies for specific segments and channels.



This role also involves managing social media presence, assisting with demand generation activities, and supporting product launches with explicit, compelling marketing materials. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a remote environment while actively partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal messaging for internal and external audiences.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy, with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with an understanding of customer journeys and revenue-focused collaboration.
