About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage the marketing and social media activities for our growing caf brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Shoot photos and videos for food, beverages, outlets and campaigns.
- Create and edit Reels, Stories and social media content.
- Handle basic video editing using CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators.
- Plan and execute influencer collaborations and campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads and support digital marketing campaigns.
- Plan marketing activities for current launches, offers, festivals and outlet promotions.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers and outlet teams.
- Track social media and campaign performance.




- Explore new trends and creative ideas to increase engagement and outlet footfall.
- Support hyperlocal marketing and collaborations with local businesses and communities.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, brand marketing or a similar role.
- Experience in F&B;, caf, hospitality, retail or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and social media trends.
- Hands-on experience with shooting and editing Reels/videos.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative, proactive and execution-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns independently.

Ideal Candidate Someone who can plan the content, shoot it, edit it, post it, coordinate influencers and track the results.
