Swadesh Mobile is looking to hire an experienced Field Marketing & Sales Executive* who can represent our UCaaS and CPaaS software platform in the market, meet potential business customers, demonstrate the platform, understand their requirements, and convert qualified opportunities into business.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in Telecom, SaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, Cloud Communications, Contact Center, VoIP, or Business Communication Software

- Visiting potential business customers across Mumbai and nearby business areas.
- Generating recent B2B sales opportunities for Swadesh Mobile's UCaaS and CPaaS platform.
- Identifying companies requiring cloud telephony, contact center software, messaging, business calling, or communication solutions.
- Meeting decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Operations Heads, Contact Center Managers, and Procurement teams.
- Conducting professional live product demonstrations.




- Explaining platform features, technical capabilities, use cases, and commercial benefits.
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending the appropriate solution.
- Generating leads through field visits, networking, business events, references, and direct outreach.
- Managing the complete sales cycle from first meeting through demo, proposal, follow-up, negotiation, and closure.
- Coordinating with product and technical teams for customer-specific requirements.
- Maintaining records of leads, meetings, demonstrations, follow-ups, and active sales opportunities.
- Collecting customer feedback and competitor information from the market.
- Representing Swadesh Mobile at relevant telecom, SaaS, technology, and business events.
