Role Description The Marketing Manager – Pharma / Healthcare will lead and execute marketing initiatives that support client organizations and internal business objectives in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving brand positioning across digital and traditional channels.

The role includes conducting market research, analyzing competitors, segmenting target audiences, and designing campaigns that align with regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare.

The Marketing

Manager will collaborate with sales, operations, and client service teams to create marketing collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content that promote workforce and compliance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities also include tracking performance metrics, managing budgets, coordinating with external agencies,



and continuously optimizing marketing activities to support business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing skills, including experience with industry-specific campaigns, compliance-aware messaging, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in digital marketing practices such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media management, and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, including brand positioning, go-to-market planning, and integrated campaign management.
- Experience in content creation and communication, such as marketing copy, presentations, sales collateral, and client-facing materials.
- Solid understanding of market research, data analysis, and performance measurement to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications (MBA or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in a marketing role within pharma, healthcare, or related industries, preferably in a managerial or lead capacity.
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a quick-paced environment.
- Comfort with on-site work in Bengaluru and willingness to interact regularly with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Location : RR Nagar, Bangalore, Karanataka.

REQUIREMENTS

? Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA – Marketing preferred

? Experience in Pharma / Healthcare / Medical Retail is preferred
