Job Summary

SML Solar Solutions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and develop marketing activities for our solar solutions business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing marketing strategies, managing promotional activities, and supporting business growth.

Candidates with experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical, construction, or related industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate business leads.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Generate and follow up on leads through various marketing channels.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, Google platforms, and online promotions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert marketing leads into business opportunities.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, channel partners, and other business associates.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Plan promotional activities, events, exhibitions, and local marketing campaigns.
- Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports for management.




- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Support the development of marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, and promotional content.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing or business development preferred.
- Experience in the solar/renewable energy industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive understanding of digital and traditional marketing.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve business targets.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market in and around Kochi/Ernakulam will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to travel locally for business and marketing activities when required.
