Product Portfolio The Marketing Manager will drive business across:

- 3D printing and customised 3D products
- Copier paper and office-paper solutions

Role Objective The Marketing Manager will build market visibility, generate qualified orders, develop institutional and channel relationships, and increase revenue across Niti Junction’s complete print-and-production portfolio. This is a commercial print-and-production role. It does not cover Prinxta’s separate scope.

Key Responsibilities

- Create category-wise marketing and sales plans for digital print, flex, photo products, packaging, publications, 3D products and copier paper.
- Generate B2B and institutional business from corporates, schools, colleges, hospitals, publishers, photographers, event companies, agencies, retailers and government departments.
- Build and manage a strong lead pipeline through field visits, referrals, digital marketing, WhatsApp campaigns,



exhibitions and partner networks.
- Develop dealer, reseller and referral networks for copier paper, packaging products, display material and regular print requirements.
- Create product brochures, rate cards, sample kits, presentations, social-media content and campaign offers.
- Work closely with the production, design and sales teams to convert enquiries into technically correct and profitable orders.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities—for example, packaging with labels, magazines with promotional displays, or photo albums with personalised print products.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, print operators and external vendors for timely campaign and order execution.
- Track competitor pricing, market demand, seasonal opportunities and new product trends.
- Maintain CRM data, enquiry records, conversion reports, monthly revenue forecasts and category-wise performance dashboards.
- Support institutional quotations, large project proposals and tender-related opportunities where required.
- Build Niti Junction’s reputation for quality, timely delivery, creative solutions and dependable service.

Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of experience in printing, packaging, signage, advertising, visual communication,



B2B sales or business development.
- Strong knowledge of digital printing, flex/signage, packaging or publication printing will be preferred.
- Ability to understand client requirements, coordinate with production teams and prepare commercially viable proposals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable with client meetings, field sales, negotiations and target-based work.
- Familiarity with social-media marketing, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, Excel and presentation software.
- Ability to develop long-term customer relationships rather than focusing only on one-time orders.
- Energetic, organised and capable of managing multiple product categories simultaneously.
