Role Description The Marketing Manager role at Lyka Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Ernakulam.

The Marketing

Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote plastic food containers and related packaging solutions, including branding, product positioning, and market penetration initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing campaigns, coordinating with sales and production teams, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities in target markets. The role involves overseeing digital and offline marketing activities, preparing marketing materials, and maintaining relationships with distributors, clients, and channel partners.

Manager will monitor performance metrics, manage budgets,



and provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership to support growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong marketing and brand management skills, including experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in market research and analysis, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Candidates should possess digital marketing capabilities, such as managing social media, online advertising, and content-driven promotions.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with customers and partners.
- Candidates should possess organizational and project management skills, including planning, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; experience in packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a marketing or marketing management role, ideally in a B2B environment, and familiarity with the Kerala market will be beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic marketing tools, along with the ability to work in office in Ernakulam and travel locally as required.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
