Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South, responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing strategy for Aksara Jewellers. This role includes planning and managing campaigns across online and offline channels, overseeing brand positioning, and coordinating with store teams to drive footfall and sales.

The Marketing

Manager will design promotional activities, manage social media and digital presence, and work with external agencies or vendors as needed. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring campaign performance, analyzing customer and market data,



managing marketing budgets, preparing reports, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The individual will collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, support new product launches, and maintain strong relationships with partners and media.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and basic analytics tools.
- Ability to create clear marketing content, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in retail, jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods marketing is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in a customer-focused environment in Bengaluru South.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
