About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team in Gurugram. This role offers hands-on exposure to digital marketing, social media, content creation, email campaigns, employer branding, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Support social media planning and execution, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Create and coordinate content for social media, emailers, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, database management, campaign setup, and reporting.
- Support LinkedIn campaigns, events, and audience engagement.
- Assist with employer branding and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain marketing trackers, databases, and campaign reports.
- Conduct basic market, competitor, and industry research.
- Support marketing events,



campaigns, and day-to-day marketing activities.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution.

What We’re Looking For

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field .
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media, especially LinkedIn.
- Creative mindset with an eye for content and communication.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic digital marketing tools.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing is a plus.
