About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial and hands-on Marketing Leader to build and scale the global marketing engine for a growing B2B technology business.

This is a global mandate, not a conventional regional marketing role. The ideal candidate will be able to define the brand story, build a strong marketing engine and personally drive execution across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the global B2B marketing strategy across brand, product marketing, digital and demand generation.
- Shape positioning, messaging and category narrative for a technology-led business.
- Drive modern B2B marketing across website, LinkedIn, content, thought leadership, customer stories and digital campaigns.
- Build demand-generation programs that contribute to MQLs, sales pipeline and revenue.
- Partner closely with business leadership, Sales, Product and Customer Success.
- Lead website and digital experience strategy with a strong focus on customer journey and conversion.
- Build, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Track marketing effectiveness through ROI, CPL,



conversion and pipeline metrics.

Mandatory Requirements
- 10+ years of global B2B technology/digital marketing experience.
- Proven experience in positioning, product marketing, brand/content and demand generation.
- Experience working with global enterprise markets beyond India.
- Strong understanding of modern B2B digital marketing and storytelling.
- Startup/scale-up mindset with the ability to build and execute hands-on.

Valuable to Have

- B2B SaaS / enterprise software / industrial technology experience.
- Manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, AI or related technology exposure.
- Experience launching or repositioning a brand, website, product or category.
- Strong combination of Product Marketing + Brand/Content + Demand Generation.
- Experience building a marketing function in a startup/scale-up environment.
