Marketing & Growth Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Specialist to drive marketing initiatives, lead generation, client engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and confident in identifying new opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and building relationships that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing and lead generation strategies to create new business opportunities.
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Research target markets, companies, industries, and potential clients.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, customer acquisition, and business growth.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Support client meetings,



presentations and business development activities.
- Track leads, marketing activities, and growth opportunities using CRM.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Lead Generation or Business Development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation.
- Confident in client handling, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email communication.
- Strong analytical, networking, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
