Key responsibilities

- Own the corporate website and all project microsites - content, performance, UI, UX, and MahaRERA compliance

- Manage SEO, AEO and content optimisation to grow organic visibility and organic lead volume, using site speed, mobile experience and conversion-rate optimisation.

- Build & Manage content that supports consideration cycle - locality guides, construction updates, home-loan and stamp-duty explainers etc.

- Own website analytics, conversion tracking, and funnel reporting.

- Integrate, administer and optimize CRM like SFDC and other platforms. Execute API integrations integrating with property portals and other platforms as required.

- Build and maintain marketing automations.

What we're looking for

- Relevant experience in Website management, Marketing technology and CRM

- Hands-on Salesforce experience preferred

- Valuable understanding of SEO, Web analytics and Marketing technology

- Real estate experience preferred, not mandator
