Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing Executive role based in Pune, India.

We are looking for a hands-on Sales & Marketing Executive who can help grow the company's sales across e-commerce, quick-commerce, retail and other sales channels.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and improving the company's presence across online platforms, identifying opportunities to increase product visibility and sales, supporting digital marketing activities, and developing initiatives to generate new business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow sales across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, content, images and product visibility across online platforms.
- Monitor online sales, orders, inventory, product performance and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve product rankings and visibility.
- Plan and execute digital marketing and promotional campaigns to generate demand.
- Experience with e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto,



Swiggy Instamart or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Conduct market research and analyse competitor pricing, products, promotions and market trends.
- Develop new sales opportunities across e-commerce, up-to-date trade, retail and other channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, inventory, dispatches and timely order fulfilment.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports and track key performance indicators.
- Build relationships with platform representatives, distributors, retailers and other business partners.
- Support new product launches and develop strategies to improve overall sales.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, FMCG or a related industry preferred.
- Experience working with e-commerce, quick-commerce or online marketplaces will be an advantage.
- Understanding of digital marketing, online promotions, marketplace management and sales growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently and execute tasks without constant supervision.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Pune.
- Candidates with experience in FMCG, food, frozen foods or consumer products will be preferred.
