We have a requirement for Marketing Executive - Agriculture. The work location will be

Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Please find below the Job Responsibilities:

1.Sales & Business Development

- Identify potential buyers, traders, wholesalers, retailers, processors, and institutional clients for agricultural produce.
- Generate sales leads and convert them into regular business partnerships.
- Negotiate pricing, supply terms, and delivery schedules with buyers.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned commodities or regions.

2.Farmer & Supplier Coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers, FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations)and cooperatives.
- Support farmers in understanding quality standards, grading, and packaging requirements.
- Facilitate collection, aggregation, and storage of produce from farmers.

3.Market Analysis & Strategy
- Monitor daily market prices and trends for key agricultural commodities.
- Identify recent market opportunities and emerging demand areas.
- Assist in developing pricing strategies and promotional activities based on market research.





4.Marketing & Branding
- Organize product promotions, exhibitions, and farmer market linkages.
- Develop marketing materials (brochures, displays, online content) to promote produce
- Collaborate with the communications team to enhance the visibility of the brand or FPO.

5.Logistics & Operations
- Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and timely dispatch of produce.
- Ensure proper documentation (bills, quality certificates, invoices, and delivery notes).
- Track inventory levels and reduce wastage or spoilage during storage/transport.

6.Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain records of buyers, sales volumes, payment collections, and customer feedback.
- Report market insights and performance metrics to management.

7.Customer Relationship Management
- Handle buyer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Build long-term relationships with key customers to ensure repeat busines
