Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Marketing Executive to support the hospital's marketing and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate organizations, insurance/TPA networks, and other healthcare stakeholders to increase patient referrals and hospital visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and other referral sources.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate patient referrals and promote hospital services.
- Promote hospital departments, doctors, healthcare services, health packages, and facilities.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential referral partners.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments for marketing activities.
- Conduct and participate in health camps, awareness programs, corporate health check-ups, and promotional activities.
- Follow up with referral sources and maintain regular communication.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing visit and performance reports.
- Support digital and offline marketing campaigns.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth handling of referred patients.
- Maintain a database of doctors, clinics, corporates, and referral partners.
- Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets.
- Perform other marketing activities assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing or business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Good English, Hindi, and Gujarati communication skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in hospital marketing, doctor referral management, or healthcare business development.
- Existing contacts with doctors/clinics/corporates will be an advantage.
- Ability to independently manage field visits and follow-ups.
- Professional attitude and good presentation skills.

Experience 1+ Year – Hospital / Healthcare Marketing / Business Development

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
