Role Description This is an internship role for a Marketing Intern, based on-site in Chennai.

The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team with day-to-day activities such as assisting in the creation of marketing collateral, social media content, and campaign assets. The role involves conducting basic market and competitor research, helping with email and digital marketing initiatives,



and coordinating with internal teams for content and branding requirements. The intern will also help track campaign performance, manage marketing databases or spreadsheets, and contribute ideas to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

This position offers hands-on learning in a technology and learning-focused environment, with exposure to both IntelliNXT and SkillCert Global initiatives.

Qualifications

- Foundational understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, branding, and basic campaign management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise marketing content and presentations.
- Comfort with online tools and platforms such as social media channels, productivity tools, and basic analytics or reporting tools.
- Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information, and present insights that support marketing decisions.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; interest in technology and digital transformation is a plus.
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management is advantageous but not mandatory.
