We are an established company with over 25 years of experience in the industry. As we expand our operations and customer network, we are looking for a Marketing Associate, to support our marketing and business development activities.

The role will primarily involve identifying potential customers, making calls, following up on enquiries, maintaining lead records, and developing relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

- ⁠ ⁠Make outbound calls to prospective customers and organisations
- ⁠ ⁠Identify and research potential clients, companies, institutions, consultants, contractors, and other business opportunities
- ⁠ ⁠Introduce the company's products and services to prospective clients
- ⁠ ⁠Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and previous communications
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain records of leads, calls, enquiries, and follow-ups
- ⁠ ⁠Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team as needed.
- ⁠ ⁠Assist with preparing and sending quotations, product information, and other communications
- ⁠ ⁠Keep track of ongoing opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups




- ⁠ ⁠Support the company's efforts to expand its customer base and develop new business relationships
- ⁠ ⁠Assist with other marketing and business development activities as required

Experience:
- ⁠ ⁠0–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, telecalling, business development, customer relations, or a related field
- ⁠ ⁠Freshers with valuable communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply
- ⁠ ⁠Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage

Requirements:
- ⁠ ⁠Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
- ⁠ ⁠Comfortable speaking with prospective customers over the phone
- ⁠ ⁠Good follow-up and interpersonal skills
- ⁠ ⁠Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and online research
- ⁠ ⁠Organised and able to maintain accurate records
- ⁠ ⁠Willingness to learn about the company's products and industry
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
