Role Description The Marketing Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot.

The Marketing

Assistant will support the marketing and sales teams by conducting market research, gathering data on competitors and industry trends, and preparing reports and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the development of marketing materials, coordinating with customers and internal teams, maintaining customer databases, and following up on inquiries and leads. The role also involves supporting sales & marketing campaigns,



participating in customer service activities, and helping to organize events, visits, and promotional activities.

The Marketing

Assistant will work closely with management to ensure consistent branding and effective communication across all channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to collect, analyze, and present information on competitors, customers, and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and promotional activities.
- Candidates should have basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with CRM or customer databases.
- Candidates should demonstrate good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience or internship in industrial marketing, manufacturing, or engineering sectors will be an added advantage.
