As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to help build our digital presence and engage with our growing student community.

About the role

We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and social media activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media, excellent English communication skills, an eye for content and design, and the ability to professionally handle student and customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support day-to-day social media activities, particularly Instagram.
- Create engaging social media content, captions, posts, stories, reels and promotional content.
- Assist with content ideas, campaigns, reels and creative concepts.
- Monitor and respond to Instagram, WhatsApp and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle basic follow-ups with leads and enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member when required.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule.
- Design simple marketing creatives and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools when required.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, events, promotions and student engagement activities.
- Maintain basic records of content, enquiries and marketing activities.
- Support the team with other marketing and administrative tasks as required.

Education & Qualification:




- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Business Administration, English or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing or Content Creation is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong social media skills and good communication abilities are welcome to apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation or a related field is preferred.

Skills & Requirements:
- Valuable understanding of Instagram and social media platforms.
- Ability to create engaging and relevant content and captions.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Ability to come up with creative content ideas.
- Comfortable handling WhatsApp, Instagram and email communication.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Punctual, responsible, dependable and proactive.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Preferred

- Experience managing a business or brand's Instagram/social media account.
- Basic understanding of content calendars and social media scheduling.
- Experience creating Reels, Stories and short-form video content.
- Previous experience in marketing, education, technology or communications is an advantage.
