Fraghill is a D2C fragrance brand out of Gurgaon- 35 original scents, formulated in Italy, built around a wardrobe of moods rather than one signature bottle. We're a small team, and this role sits close to the centre of it: you'll work directly with the founder on shaping and running marketing strategy, both online and offline.

This is a people-facing role as much as a strategy one. You'll be talking to customers regularly, so real communication skills aren't optional. You should genuinely connect with the product and want to sell it; we're branding-sensitive by nature, and it shows when someone isn't obsessed with the thing they're marketing.

Day to day ranges from producing content IPs for social to finding better ways to optimise the website- the work is varied and moves fast. This is a lead-the-function role: you'll be running marketing for at least a couple of years, so we need someone who can operate as a team player now and grow into building and developing a team later.

What you'll do

- Work directly with the founder on marketing strategy and execution




- Talk to customers directly- online and at offline pop-ups/store activations
- Help produce content IPs for social media
- Find and execute ways to improve the website and funnel
- Run market research, competitor tracking, and campaign reporting
- Coordinate with design, product, sales, and customer experience
- Keep messaging consistent with the brand's tone and identity

What we're looking for

- ~1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or a customer-facing commercial role
- Strong communicator- comfortable talking to customers, not just writing decks
- A genuine connection to the product- you should want to sell fragrance, not just "marketing"
- Comfortable hustling: quick-changing priorities, wearing several hats
- Someone who can lead- not just execute, but eventually build and manage a team
- Interest in consumer/lifestyle brands; basic familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics
