We are looking for an energetic, creative, and highly organized Social Media & Office Operations Specialist to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be the voice of our brand across social media platforms while ensuring our daily office administration runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Engagement:

- Manage and create engaging content (text, image, video) for company social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to community comments and direct messages in a timely, professional manner.
- Track analytics, run basic campaigns, and identify strategies to grow our online reach and audience engagement.

Office & Administrative Support:

- Assist with routine administrative duties, including answering inquiries, managing correspondence, and organizing digital/physical records.
- Maintain office supplies, assist with scheduling, and support ongoing internal projects as needed.




- Support lead intake or client follow-ups stemming from social media channels.

Qualifications & Skills

- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business, brand, or agency.
- Basic photo/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Photoshop) and strong copywriting abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with standard office software (Google Workspace, MS Office, project management tools).
