Job Opening – Sales & Marketing Executive

Saunjdya is looking for an experienced, confident, and hardworking person for the position of Sales & Marketing Executive.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit different areas of Dehradun to promote Saunjdya’s services.
- Approach shopkeepers, local businesses, and well-connected individuals to explain the company’s business model.
- Identify and onboard suitable Agents/Community Partners.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with potential partners.
- Conduct regular field visits and submit periodic progress reports.
- Support the expansion of the company’s local network and business operations.

Eligibility and Requirements
- The applicant must be a resident of Dehradun.
- The applicant’s age must be between 25 and 40 years.
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate degree.
- Relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Fieldwork is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills are essential.
- The applicant should have good knowledge of Dehradun’s locations, markets, and surrounding areas.
- The applicant must have a personal vehicle and a valid driving licence for field visits.




- Fair computer knowledge, including the ability to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, is required.
- The applicant should be responsible, disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of working with defined targets.

Salary and Employment Terms
- The selected candidate will initially undergo a two-month performance evaluation period.
- During this period, a fixed salary of ₹15,000 per month will be paid.
- After two months, the candidate’s performance, conduct, and suitability for the position will be evaluated.
- If found suitable, the candidate will be offered regular employment with a starting salary of ₹30,000 per month.
- Regular salary increments and growth opportunities will be provided based on performance.
