We are looking for proactive, confident, and enthusiastic Marketing Executives to promote TEFY’s services, identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and support our marketing activities.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Executive at TEFY, you will connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, introduce relevant services, and coordinate with our team to convert enquiries into business opportunities. The role combines lead generation, client outreach, digital marketing, business development, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead generation and business development: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, referrals, digital platforms, calls, and business visits. Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant prospects.
- Client outreach and service promotion: Introduce TEFY’s services to businesses, professionals, institutions, and individuals. Understand their requirements and communicate suitable service offerings clearly.
- Enquiry follow-up and conversions: Respond to enquiries, arrange meetings, support presentations and proposals, and follow up consistently to move prospects towards an agreed engagement.
- Digital marketing and content support: Assist with social-media campaigns, WhatsApp Business promotions, promotional messages, brochures, and other marketing materials.



Coordinate content creation and publishing with the team.
- Campaigns and market research: Support online and offline promotional activities, identify potential partnerships, gather customer feedback, and suggest improvements to messaging and outreach.
- Client coordination and reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions. Coordinate client handovers with the relevant service teams and report progress against agreed targets.

Candidate Profile Qualifications: A degree in marketing, business administration, commerce, communications, or a related discipline is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in marketing are welcome to apply.

Essential skills: Clear verbal and written communication, confidence in approaching prospective clients, active listening, presentation skills, negotiation, and consistent follow-up. Candidates should be organised, dependable, and comfortable working towards agreed goals.

Digital skills: Basic familiarity with social-media platforms, WhatsApp Business, email, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Knowledge of Canva, digital advertising, or customer relationship management tools will be an advantage.

Preferred experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, consultancy services, or business development is an advantage. Relevant internships, college projects, and independently managed campaigns may also be highlighted.
