About Audit-Here Audit-Here is our flagship GRC platform, available on web and mobile (Android app live on Google Play, iOS launching). It helps organisations digitise and manage audits, non-conformances, inspections, risk management, HIRA, training and competency, customer complaints, documents, and compliance workflows — all in one place, with dashboards and analytics on top. We are now expanding Audit-Here's customer base in India, and this role sits at the front line of that growth.

The Role We're looking for an energetic, ambitious Marketing & Customer Success Trainee/Analyst based in Delhi NCR to help take Audit-Here to new customers — from first LinkedIn touchpoint through demo, sign-up, and successful onboarding. This is a hands-on, entry-level role spanning marketing, sales development, and customer success — ideal for someone who wants end-to-end exposure to how a B2B SaaS product is marketed, sold, and adopted.

What You'll Do

- New customer engagement: Reach out to and engage prospective customers; build and nurture relationships from first contact through to sign-up
- Marketing content: Create marketing material — posts, infographics, short videos,



one-pagers — to promote Audit-Here on LinkedIn and other similar channels
- Lead generation: Identify and qualify new customers and leads on LinkedIn and other platforms; build and maintain a prospect pipeline
- Product demos: Conduct Audit-Here product demonstrations for prospective customers (online, and in person where needed)
- Customer onboarding: Support new customers through the onboarding process — account setup, training sessions, and resolving early-stage queries
- Feedback loop: Capture customer and prospect feedback and share it with the product team
- Reporting: Track outreach, campaign, and pipeline performance and report on what's working

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, IT, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus)
- 0–2 years of experience — fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Solid working knowledge of LinkedIn; comfortable creating professional content and engaging prospects there
- Confident presenter — able to learn the product deeply and run polished demos
- Organised, self-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-moving product environment
- Interest in B2B SaaS; interest in audit, compliance, quality, EHS, or GRC domains is a strong plus

Nice to Have
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, or basic video editing
- Exposure to GRC, ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001/14001/45001/27001), audits, or ESG topics
- Experience with any CRM tool
