Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Business Development Intern to help us reach fertilizer retailers, agro-dealers and agricultural businesses across India.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, finding potential customers, understanding business problems and promoting technology solutions .

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential Kroply customers across India.
- Find and build lists of fertilizer shops, agro-dealers and Krushi Seva Kendras.
- Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp communication and online outreach.
- Explain Kroply's features and benefits to potential customers.
- Schedule product demos with interested businesses.
- Follow up with leads and maintain lead status.




- Understand customer requirements and share feedback with the Kroply team.
- Assist in converting demos into trials and customers.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Research competitors and market trends.
- Help identify current customer segments and business opportunities.
- Maintain basic sales and marketing reports.
- Work with the content/social media team on campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone/WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
- Good research and internet skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi and English .
- Marathi is a strong advantage.
- Interest in sales, marketing, startups or technology is a plus.
