Role Description The Market Research Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, the intern will assist in collecting and analyzing data on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting surveys and interviews, preparing reports, and supporting the development of insights to guide product and service strategies.





The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable recommendations and help improve customer-centric offerings. This position offers exposure to the financial services sector and hands-on experience in market and customer research.

Qualifications

- Strong Market Research and Market Analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Solid Analytical Skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets or basic data analysis tools.
- Effective Communication skills for presenting findings clearly and collaborating with team members.
- Customer Service orientation with an understanding of customer needs and behavior in financial services.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, curiosity about markets, and willingness to learn in a rapid-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of the financial services or lending industry is an advantage.
