- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

- Research new markets, industries, and opportunities for growth

- Qualify leads and create a strong pipeline of potential opportunities

- Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and meetings

- Work closely with the commercial and leadership teams to convert market insights into opportunities

- Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills

- Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, partnerships, recruitment, or market research is a plus
