Role Description The MARCOM Manager – Client Servicing is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery of integrated marketing and communication solutions. This role includes leading account servicing activities, understanding client objectives, and translating them into effective communication strategies and campaigns.

The individual will oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, coordinate with internal specialist teams, and manage timelines, budgets, and performance metrics. Daily responsibilities involve drafting and reviewing key communication materials, preparing press releases and marketing collaterals,



presenting plans and reports to clients, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client visibility and brand impact. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to best practices and process improvements within the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including client-facing interaction, presentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in Press Releases and media-related content development, including drafting, editing, and distribution.
- Proficiency in Marketing Communications, including campaign planning, execution, and performance evaluation.
- Ability in Strategic Communications, including message development, positioning, and integrated communication planning.
- Solid Project Management skills, including scheduling, resource coordination, and multi-account handling.
- 5+ years of experience in MARCOM, client servicing, public relations, or integrated communications roles.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with creative, digital, and media teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with data-driven reporting, including tracking campaign outcomes and presenting insights to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality.
