Role Description The Marathi Graphic Designer will create visually compelling designs that align with the personal branding strategies of clients, with a robust emphasis on Marathi language and cultural context. This full-time remote role includes designing social media graphics, visual assets for LinkedIn and Instagram, logos, and brand elements that support thought leadership content and digital positioning.

Daily tasks involve collaborating with strategists and content creators, interpreting brand guidelines, producing consistent visual identities,



and adapting designs for various platforms and formats. The designer will also refine typography choices, ensure high-quality delivery, and contribute creative ideas that enhance audience engagement and brand recognition.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital platforms and social media.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to build cohesive and memorable visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography, especially for Marathi language, ensuring clarity and aesthetic appeal.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar).
- Fluency in Marathi, with the ability to design culturally relevant and linguistically accurate visual content.
- Good understanding of personal branding, social media aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work remotely, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
