Triumph Seals from Triumph Engineers u0026 Associates

Bengaluru

Company Description Triumph Seals is an ISO 9001:2015 certified Indian company specializing in the design and manufacture of high-performance seals, advanced plastic components, and sealing solutions. The company serves demanding applications in industries such as machine tools, fluid power, process, oil and gas, life sciences, and industrial and off-road hydraulics.

Triumph

Seals leverages integrated CAD/CAE design, modern manufacturing, and in-house testing to deliver reliable, application-specific solutions rather than just individual parts. Its products operate across extreme temperature, pressure, media, and motion ranges, using advanced materials like PTFE, performance plastics, rubbers, and urethanes tailored to up-to-date engineering challenges.

About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to take ownership of CNC manufacturing processes—from product manufacturability and process planning through CNC programming, tooling, machine setup, FAI, production support and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working both on the shop floor and at the engineering desk, solving machining problems and developing repeatable, efficient manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Review drawings for manufacturability (DFM) and identify machining risks, tolerances and process improvements.
- Develop manufacturing processes, operation sequences, setup sheets and work instructions.
- Program and setup CNC Turning and Milling/VMC machines using Fanuc controls.
- Develop, prove-out and optimize CNC programs for production and development components.
- Select cutting tools, workholding, fixtures and machining parameters.
- Design / develop special tooling, fixtures, soft jaws and mandrels where required.
- Conduct first-off machining, dimensional verification and FAI / process validation.
- Support CNC operators and troubleshoot dimensional, tooling,

surface-finish and process issues.
- Analyse rejection and rework, conduct Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions.
- Improve cycle time, tool life, machine utilization, material utilization and process repeatability.
- Develop and maintain CNC programs, process sheets, setup documentation and manufacturing records.
- Train and develop machine operators on processes, setups, tooling and inspection.
- Drive KAIZEN, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support production planning, machine loading and capacity assessment.
- Prepare daily production / rejection reports and monthly manufacturing performance reports.

Technical SkillsEssential:

- 4+ years of CNC machining / manufacturing engineering experience.
- CNC Turning and Milling/VMC.
- Fanuc CNC programming and machine setup.
- Technical drawing interpretation and GD&T; fundamentals.
- Cutting-tool selection, feeds & speeds and workholding.
- Vernier, micrometer and other precision measuring instruments.
- Root-cause analysis and process improvement.
- Good MS Excel and MS Word skills.

Preferred:

- CAPSTURN / CAM experience.
- AutoCAD.
- Experience machining PTFE, filled PTFE, PEEK or other engineering plastics.
- Experience in precision sealing components.
- Fixture and special-tool design.
- FAI / PPAP / ISO 9001 manufacturing environments.
- CNC production planning and cycle-time optimization.

What We Are Looking ForA hands-on problem solver who can independently take a component from: Drawing → DFM → Process Plan → CNC Program → Tooling & Setup → First-Off → FAI → Production → Process Improvement The candidate should be comfortable working directly with CNC operators, inspecting parts, troubleshooting machining issues and converting engineering requirements into robust, repeatable manufacturing processes.

If you enjoy solving real manufacturing problems and building better machining processes—not just running machines—we would like to hear from you.
